Sensex up 10pts; ITC, HDFC Bank weak

The Sensex is now up 10 points at 13,318.

Larsen & Toubro has surged 3.3% to Rs 1,625, and Cipla has soared 2.8% to Rs 242. BHEL has rallied 2.5% to Rs 2,285.

HDFC has advanced 1.5% to Rs 1,597. Wipro, ACC, Grasim and Dr.Reddy's are up over 1% each at Rs 602, Rs 762, Rs 2,104 and Rs 688, respectively.

ITC has slipped nearly 3% to Rs 145. HDFC Bank has shed 2.5% to Rs 998.

Tata Motors and Satyam have declined around 1.5% each to Rs 793 and Rs 460, respectively.

Maruti and Infosys are down 1% each at Rs 821 and Rs 2,097, respectively.

Out of 2,513 stocks traded so far, 1,325 have declined, 1,092 have advanced and 96 are unchanged.
