Sensex up 110pts; market breadth fairly +ve

The Sensex is now up 110 points at 10,727.

BHEL has surged 2.5% to Rs 488. Dr.Reddy's, BHEL, HLL, Maruti and ONGC have advanced over 2% each to Rs 1,354, Rs 1,902, Rs 246, Rs 780 and Rs 1,162, respectively.

NTPC has moved up nearly 2% to Rs 114. Cipla, Tata Motors and Larsen & Toubro are up 1.5% each at Rs 231, Rs 740 and Rs 2,184, respectively.

The market breadth is fairly positive - out of 1,723 stocks traded so far, 1,157 have advanced, 506 have declined and 60 are unchanged.
