Sensex up 113pts; M&M slips 3%

The Sensex is now up 113 points at 15,845.

BHEL has zoomed 5.5% to Rs 1,861. NTPC has soared 3% to Rs 163.

Larsen & Toubro, Satyam and Reliance Energy have surged over 2.5% each to Rs 2,683, Rs 504 and Rs 732, respectively.

Hindalco has gained 1.8% at Rs 188. ONGC and ICICI Bank are up over 1% each at Rs 920 and Rs 981, respectively.

Reliance has moved up 1% to Rs 1,929.

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has dropped 2.5% to Rs 803. TCS, Cipla, ACC and Tata Motors are down around 1% each at Rs 1,175, Rs 189, Rs 1,128 and Rs 764, respectively.
