Sensex up 114pts in early trades

The Sensex opened with a positive gap of 85 points at 14,088. The index touched a high of 14,151, and is now up 114 points at 14,117.

SBI, Dr.Reddy's and Reliance Communications have advanced around 1.5% each to Rs 1,309, Rs 637 and Rs 492, respectively.

Tata Steel and HDFC Bank have moved up 1.3% each to Rs 603 and Rs 1,096, respectively.

Maruti, Ranbaxy, Satyam, Infosys and Reliance Energy are up over 1% each to Rs 729, Rs 368, Rs 492, Rs 2,005 and Rs 526, respectively.
