Sensex up 114pts; SBI, ITC up 2%

The Sensex is now up 114 points at 13,496.

SBI and ITC have advanced 2% each to Rs 1,253 and Rs 172, respectively.

ACC, ONGC, Reliance Communications, TCS and Gujarat Ambuja have flared up over 1.5% each to Rs 1,036, Rs 860, Rs 458, Rs 1,158 and Rs 137, respectively.

The market breadth is fairly positive - out of 1,720 stocks traded so far, 1,285 have advanced, 399 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
