Sensex up 118pts; breadth firm

The Sensex is now up 118 points at 20,325.

Bharti Airtel has zoomed 5.5% to Rs 993. Mahindra & Mahindra has soared over 3% to Rs 861.

ITC and Reliance Communications have surged 2% each to Rs 210 and Rs 748, respectively.

Grasim has gained 1.8% at Rs 3,695. ACC and Ranbaxy have rallied over 1.5% each to Rs 1,024 and Rs 422, respectively.

Hindalco and Tata Motors have also moved up around 1.5% each to Rs 216 and Rs 741, respectively.

Ambuja Cements is down over 1% at Rs 147.

Out of 2,921 stocks traded so far, 2,604 have advanced, 302 have declined and 15 are unchanged.
