Sensex up 125pts, Infosys gains 3%

The Sensex has moved up 125 ponints (1.6%) to 7,8111.

HLL is steady at Rs 161 - up 2% (Rs 3). ONGC is up Rs 9 at Rs 928. Reliance is steady at Rs 750 - up Rs 9. SBI is up Rs 8 at Rs 819.

Infosys has zoomed over 3% (Rs 78) to Rs 2,495. Satyam is still up over 3% (Rs 19) at Rs 591. TCS is still up 2.5% (Rs 35) at Rs 1,397.

Dr. Reddy's is still up Rs 27 (3.3%) at Rs 818. Cipla and Ranbaxy are also trading with gains.

Tata Motors has gained 2.5% (Rs 12) to Rs 472.  Maruti is up Rs 14 at Rs 530. Bajaj is up Rs 25 at Rs 1,685.

HDFC is up 2.7% (Rs 26) at Rs 965. HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank are also trading with gains.

Titan has zoomed 12% (Rs 47) to Rs 442.

Advances and declines are evenly matched - out of 2,203 scrips traded till now, 1145 have moved up, 1005 have declined and 53 are unchanged.
