Sensex up 126pts; Cipla surges 3%

The Sensex is now up 126 points at 14,670.

Cipla has surged 2.5% to Rs 223. Reliance Communications has rallied nearly 2% to Rs 515.

HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank have advanced 1.7% each to Rs 1,159 and Rs 934, respectively.

Tata Steel, Gujarat Ambuja, BHEL and Infosys have moved up around 1.5% each to Rs 643, Rs 115, Rs 1,420 and Rs 1,947, respectively.

TCS and Grasim have gained 1.3% each at Rs 1,224 and Rs 2,533, respectively.
