Sensex up 126pts; Tata Motors rallies 3%

The Sensex is now up 126 points at 11,904.

Tata Motors has rallied 3% to Rs 889. Maruti has surged 2.6% to Rs 898.

ICICI Bank and Infosys have advanced 2% each to Rs 622 and Rs 1,847, respectively. HLL and Larsen & Toubro are up nearly 2% each at Rs 243 and Rs 2,473, respectively.

Reliance Energy, Bajaj Auto, TCS and Bharti Airtel have gained around 1.5% each at Rs 452, Rs 2,831, Rs 1,013 and Rs 418, respectively.

Hero Honda has slipped 1% to Rs 719.

Out of 2,599 stocks traded so far, 1,607 have advanced, 920 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
