Sensex up 127pts; Infosys gains 2%

The Sensex is now up 127 points at 10,543.

Reliance Communications have gained over 3% at Rs 256, and Bharti Airtel has added 2.8% to Rs 380.

Hindalco has surged over 3% to Rs 163. Maruti and Cipla have rallied 2.2% each to Rs 757 and Rs 228, respectively.

Infosys has advanced 2% to Rs 1,642. TCS, Tata Motors, Ranbaxy and HLL have gained 1.5% each at Rs 1,875, Rs 713, Rs 362 and Rs 238, respectively.

Out of 2,315 stocks traded so far, 1,501 have advanced, 726 have declined and 88 are unchanged.
