Sensex up 129pts; SBI, Dr.Reddy's lead

The Sensex is now up 129 points at 13,826.

SBI has surged 2.8% to Rs 1,350, and Dr.Reddy's has rallied 2.5% to Rs 769.

Reliance Energy, Reliance Communications, Maruti and Bajaj Auto have advanced over 2% each to Rs 539, Rs 438, Rs 945 and Rs 2,696, respectively.

Tata Motors and Reliance have gained 1.7% each at Rs 824 and Rs 1,267, respectively.

Ranbaxy and HLL have moved up 1.5% each to Rs 378 and Rs 239, respectively.

Larsen & Toubro, NTPC, ITC, Bharti Airtel, Wipro, ICICI Bank and Infosys are up over 1% each to Rs 1,388, Rs 149, Rs 187, Rs 638, Rs 606, Rs 881 and Rs 2,202, respectively.

Out of 2,387 stocks traded so far, 1,572 have advanced, 736 have declined and 79 are unchanged.
