Sensex up 12pts; RCL drops 3%

The Sensex is now up 18 points at 10,627.

TCS has rallied 2% to Rs 1,772. Hindalco has surged 1.7% to Rs 178.

Tata Steel, Bajaj Auto, Maruti, Infosys, ICICI Bank and Satyam are up over 1% each.

Reliance Communications (RCL) has dropped 3% to Rs 241. Bharti Airtel and HDFC are down 2% each at Rs 363 and Rs 1,110, respectively.

Grasim, Cipla, BHEL and HDFC Bank are down around 1% each.
