Sensex up 130pts; M&M drops 4%

The Sensex is now up 130 points at 15,365.

SBI and Hindustan Unilever have zoomed around 7% each to Rs 1,609 and Rs 210, respectively.

Ambuja Cements and Reliance Energy have soared nearly 5.5% each to Rs 132 and Rs 804, respectively.

ACC and Grasim have rallied around 4% each to Rs 1,042 and Rs 2,976, respectively.

Larsen & Toubro, Tata Steel, ICICI Bank and Maruti are up around 2% each to Rs 2,479, Rs 666, Rs 932 and Rs 845, respectively.

Mahindra & Mahindra has tumbled over 4% to Rs 743. ITC has shed 2% to Rs 168.

Hindalco has dropped 1.7% to Rs 170. Infosys has slipped 1.5% to Rs 1,979, and TCS is down 1.2% to Rs 1,139.

Out of 2,596 stocks traded so far, 1,565 have advanced, 964 have declined and 67 are unchanged.
