Sensex up 131pts; Cipla, Tata Steel gain 5%

The Sensex is now up 131 points at 10,797.

Tata Steel and Cipla are the major gainers, up nearly 5% each at Rs 538 and Rs 234, respectively.

Out of 2,507 stocks traded so far, 1,769 have advanced, 681  have declined and 57 are unchanged.
