Reliance Infrastructure has soared 4.5% to Rs 527. ONGC and HDFC Bank have surged over 4% each to Rs 708 and Rs 865, respectively.
Tata Power and Wipro have moved up 3.7% each to Rs 678 and Rs 242, respectively.
NTPC and BHEL have gained 3.3% each at Rs 158 and Rs 1,345, respectively.
Sterlite has rallied over 3% to Rs 221. Hindalco and Bharti Airtel have advanced 2.7% each to Rs 53 and Rs 653, respectively.
Jaiprakash Associates and ICICI Bank are up around 2.5% each at Rs 59 and Rs 330, respectively.
Ranbaxy has slipped over 3% to Rs 207. HDFC has dropped 1.7% to Rs 1,350.
