Sensex up 134pts; Hind Unilever drops 5%

The Sensex is now up 134 points at 19,918.

Reliance Energy has zoomed 5.5% to Rs 1,889. Ranbaxy has soared 3.6% to Rs 430.

ONGC and NTPC have surged 3% each to Rs 1,259 and Rs 241, respectively.

SBI has rallied 2.6% to Rs 2,116. ICICI Bank Reliance Communications have advanced over 2% each to Rs 1,267 and Rs 782, respectively.

Tata Steel and Bharti Airtel have gained 1.8% each at Rs 915 and Rs 1,018, respectively.

Mahindra & Mahindra, HDFC Bank and ITC are up over 1% each.

Hindustan Unilever has plunged nearly 5% to Rs 208.

Larsen & Toubro, Infosys, Maruti and Wipro are down over 1% each to Rs 4,267, Rs 1,829, Rs 1,075 and Rs 505, respectively.

Out of 2,751 stocks traded so far, 1,525 have advanced, 1,168 have declined and 58 are unchanged.
