Sensex up 134pts; Hindalco gains 2%

The Sensex is now up 134 points at 14,123.

Hindalco has surged 2% to Rs 139.

Cipla, HDFC and ICICI Bank have rallied 1.5% each to Rs 842, Rs 1,929 and Rs 842, respectively.

BHEL, ONGC, ITC, Reliance Communications, SBI and Satyam are up over 1% each at Rs 1,610, Rs 799, Rs 154, Rs 489, Rs 1,479 and Rs 421, respectively.
