Sensex up 137pts

The Sensex is now up 137 points (1.7%) at 8,446.

SBI is now up Rs 14 (1.7%) at Rs 863. Reliance is still up Rs 15 at Rs 801. ONGC is up Rs 6 at Rs 980.

Satyam is steady at Rs 649 - up 3% (Rs 19). Infosys is steady at Rs 2,686 - up Rs 31. Wipro is trading at Rs 400 - up Rs 15.

Bajaj is up Rs 34 at Rs 1,835. Hero Honda has added Rs 21 to Rs 794.

BHEL and HDFC are trading with gains and Rs 1,278 and Rs 1,047, respectively.

Cement, pharma and power scrips are also trading with gains.
