Sensex up 142pts, Bharti gains 3%

The Sensex is now up 142 points (1.7%) at 8,451.

Wipro has gained 4% (Rs 15) to Rs 400. Infosys is steady at Rs 2,687 - up Rs 32. Satyam is up Rs 18 at Rs 648.

SBI has moved up 1.8% (Rs 15) to Rs 864. ONGC has gained Rs 9 to Rs 983. Reliance is now up Rs 9 at Rs 795.

Bajaj is now up 3% (Rs 54) at Rs 1,855. Hero Honda is still up 4% (Rs 32) at Rs 805.

Bharti has advanced 3.5% (Rs 12) to Rs 355. BHEL is up 3% (Rs 43) at Rs 1,290.
