Sensex up 149pts; ICICI Bank soars 4%

The Sensex is now up 149 points to 13,287.

ICICI Bank has surged over 4% to Rs 833. Gujarat Ambuja, HDFC Bank and BHEL have rallied 2.7% each to Rs 135, Rs 1,045 and Rs 2,449, respectively.

Reliance Energy has advanced 2.5% to Rs 526. Reliance, Dr.Reddy's and ACC have added more than 2% each to Rs 1,290, Rs 790 and Rs 1,018, respectively.

Satyam has slipped 1.3% to Rs 422.

Out of 2,539 stocks traded so far, 1,387 have advanced, 1,058 have declined and 94 are unchanged.
