Sensex up 14pts, HDFC gains 4%

 IFCI topped the volume chart with trades of over 60 lakh shares followed by Gateway (57 lakh), Sterling (51 lakh) and Action Construction (46 lakh).

Reliance topped the value chart with a turnover of Rs 146 crore followed by Educomp Solutions (Rs 114 crore), SBI (Rs 103 crore) and Action (Rs 99 crore).
