Sensex up 155pts; breadth -ve

The Sensex has moved back to higher levels and is now up 155 points at 12,735.

Hindalco has surged 2.6% to Rs 130. Dr.Reddy's, Gujarat Ambuja, ICICI Bank and ONGC have rallied around 2% each to Rs 649, Rs 107, Rs 845 and Rs 781, respectively.

TCS, Wipro and HLL have moved up around 1.5% each to Rs 1,211, Rs 564 and Rs 170, respectively.

HDFC Bank, Reliance, Infosys, Tata Motors, Larsen & Toubro and Satyam are up over 1% each to Rs 926, Rs 1,303, Rs 2,115, Rs 749, Rs 1,470 and Rs 435, respectively.

ACC and Tata Steel have dropped over 2% each to Rs 797 and Rs 404, respectively. Grasim has shed 1.8% to Rs 2,080.

Out of 2,087 stocks traded so far, 1,414 have declined, 630 have advanced and 43 are unchanged.
