Sensex up 160pts

The Sensex is now up 160 points at 13,591.

Satyam, Tata Steel, TCS and Reliance Energy have gained around 2.5% each at Rs 452, Rs 475, Rs 1,143 and Rs 529, respectively.

Dr.Reddy's and ITC have moved up 2.3% each to Rs 740 and Rs 182, respectively.

Hindalco, Wipro, Gujarat Ambuja and Bharti Airtel are up 2% each at Rs 175, Rs 565, Rs 136 and Rs 616, respectively.

HDFC has slipped 1.3% to Rs 1,643.

Out of 2,522 stocks traded so far, 1,831 have advanced, 621 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
