Sensex up 165pts, Wipro gains 2%

The Sensex is now up 165 points at 12,703.

Infosys has gained nearly 3% (Rs 59) to Rs 2,080. Wipro is up 2% (Rs 11) at Rs 557.

ONGC is up Rs 22 at Rs 1,155, and Reliance is up Rs 16 at Rs 1,185.

Reliance Communications is still up 4.5% (Rs 15) at Rs 361.

BHEL has added Rs 58 to Rs 2,385. While HDFC is up Rs 23 at Rs 1,523, HDFC Bank is up Rs 31 at Rs 989.

SBI has dropped a rupee to Rs 1,028. Tata Steel is down Rs 3 at Rs 513.

Advances are ahead of declines - 2,483 scrips traded, 1,252 have moved up, 1,151 have declined.
