The Nifty is trading at 5060, up 48 points.
L&T is up 2.3% to Rs 2,895, ICICI Bank is up 2.1% to Rs 915. Bhel, ACC, DLF, Jaiprakash Associates are up over 1.5%. Reliance Infra, Infosys, HDFC Bank, SBI, ONGC, Grasim and Reliance are all up over 1% each.
Satyam is down over 6% to Rs 470 on fears of litigation. Bharti is down 0.4% to Rs 845. Ambuja Cements and ITC are marginally down.
