Sensex up 171 pts, Rel Comm gains 4%

The Sensex is now up 171 points at 12,869.

Reliance is holding gains, and is up Rs 43 at Rs 1,218. SBI has added 2.5% (Rs 26) to Rs 1,092. Infosys is still up Rs 22 at Rs 2,094.

Bharti is steady at Rs 523 - up Rs 19 (3.7%). Reliance Communications has gained nearly 4% (Rs 14) to Rs 382.

Grasim is still up over 2% (Rs 66) at Rs 2,700. Dr. Reddy's and Reliance Energy are also trading with gains of over 2% each.
