Sensex up 191pts; Satyam soars 5%

The Sensex is now up 191 points at 13,810.

Satyam has soared 4.7% to Rs 469. Tata Motors has surged 2.6% to Rs 732.

Reliance Communications and Wipro has advanced around 2% each to Rs 444 and Rs 590, respectively.

HDFC, Gujarat Ambuja and Maruti have rallied 1.7% each to Rs 1,590, Rs 115 and Rs 787, respectively.

Reliance Energy, Bharti Airtel, BHEL and HDFC Bank have gained 1.5% each to Rs 513, Rs 830, Rs 2,540 and Rs 997, respectively.

Infosys, Larsen & Toubro, TCS, ONGC, SBI, ITC, Reliance and Bajaj Auto are the other major gainers.
