Sensex up 204pts; Cipla down 4%

 Cipla has shed 3.5% at Rs 171. Tata Motors is down over 1% at Rs 627.

Out of 2,584 stocks traded so far, 1,509 have declined, 1,030 have advanced and 45 are unchanged.
