Sensex up 20pts, Hindalco gains 3%

The Sensex is now up 20 points at 20,124.

ITC and Cipla continue to trade with gains of 3% each at Rs 203 and Rs 210, respectively.

Hindalco has moved up 3% to Rs 215.

ACC is also up nearly 3% at Rs 1,093.

Ranbaxy and Ambuja Cement are up 2% each at Rs 420 and Rs 150, respectively.

Bharti is still down over 2% at Rs 967.

Tata Motors has slipped over 2% to Rs 744.

HDFC Bank is still down over 2% at Rs 1,721.

Advances continue to be ahead of declines - out of 2,887 scrips traded till now, 2,294 have logged gains.
