Sensex up 225pts; Bharti zooms 5%

The Sensex is now up 225 points at 20,432.

Bharti Airtel has zoomed over 5% to Rs 990. Hindalco soared 3% to Rs 220.

Reliance Communications and DLF have surged 2% each to Rs 747 and Rs 1,084, respectively.

Maruti, ITC and Tata Motors have rallied around 1.5% each to Rs 1,000, Rs 209 and Rs 741, respectively.

ONGC, ACC, Larsen & Toubro, Ranbaxy, Grasim, HDFC and ICICI Bank are the other major gainers.
