Sensex up 22pts; market breadth positive

The Sensex is now up 22 at 11,167.

HDFC and HLL have moved up 1.5% each to Rs 1,258 and Rs 227, respectivley. Hindalco has added 1.3% to Rs 166.

Grasim, NTPC, Cipla, ACC and Reliance Energy are up 1% each at Rs 2,169, Rs 122, Rs 234, Rs 876 and Rs 472, respectively.

ONGC and Tata Motors have slipped over 1% each to Rs 1,189 and Rs 786, respectively.

The market breadth is extremely positive - out of 1,945 stocks traded so far, 1,355 have advanced, 546 have declined and 44 are unchanged.
