Sensex up 230pts, Tata Steel zooms 6%

The Sensex is now up 230 points at 10,896.

Tata Steel has zoomed over 6% (Rs 32) to Rs 545.

Infosys has advanced 3.7% (Rs 106) to Rs 2,942. TCS is down Rs 14 at Rs 1,861.Wipro and Satyam are also trading on a weak note.

Reliance is still up Rs 17 at Rs 966. ONGC is down Rs 14 at Rs 1,190.

Bajaj is up 4% (Rs 121) at Rs 2,909. Tata Motors and Maruti are also trading with gains.

BHEL is up over 3% (Rs 60) at Rs 1,961. L&T is up 4.6% (Rs 104) at Rs 2,400.

Grasim has gained 3% (Rs 60) to Rs 1,973. HDFC is still up 4.5% (Rs 52) at Rs 1,204.

HLL is up 2% (Rs 5) at Rs 242. ITC is still up 3% (Rs 5) at Rs 186.

Hindalco is down a rupee at Rs 185.
