Sensex up 23pts, Reliance Energy up 6%

The Sensex is now up 23 points at 13,114.

Reliance Energy is still up over 6% (Rs 31) at Rs 509.

ONGC is steady at Rs 877 - up Rs 38.

Gujarat Ambuja has advanced 3% to Rs 123. HDFC is up Rs 39 at Rs 1,481. Dr. Reddy's, ACC and Bajaj are trading with gains of over 2%.
