Sensex up 280 pts; Maruti gains 4.2%

Maruti and Jaiprakash are up 4.2% at Rs 773 and Rs 282.65. TCS is up 3.5% at Rs 952. ICICI Bank has gained 3.5% at Rs 910.

There are only two losers in the Sensex stocks. Hindalco is down 2.5% while RComm is down 1%.
