Sensex up 28pts, ITC gains 2%

The Sensex is still moving in a narrow range, and is up 28 points at 6,431.

Hero Honda is up 5% (Rs 26) at Rs 547. Bajaj is still up Rs 12 at Rs 1,072. Maruti and Tata Motors are also holding gains.

ITC has advanced nearly 2% (Rs 24) to Rs 1,289. Infosys is still up Rs 13 at Rs 2,127. Reliance is steady at Rs 486 - up Rs 5. HLL is still down Rs 4 at Rs 144.

Pharma frontliners are trading with gains.

L&T is still down Rs 11 at Rs 972. Satyam and Wipro are marginally lower in noon deals.

Himachal and Petronet are still at the top of the volume table with trades in over 94 lakh and 75 lakh shares, respectively.
