Sensex up 29pts; Infosys gains 2%

The Sensex is now up 29 points at 13,800.

Bajaj Auto has rallied 3.5% to Rs 2,700. Infosys has gained 1.7% at Rs 2,005.

NTPC has moved up 1.3% to Rs 153. Reliance Communications and TCS are up 1% each at Rs 469 and Rs 1,241, respectively.

ACC and HLL have slipped around 2% each to Rs 856 and Rs 186, respectively.

HDFC, Cipla, ITC and HDFC Bank have dropped around 1.5% each to Rs 1,653, Rs 205, Rs 161 and Rs 998, respectively.

Grasim, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Energy and Dr.Reddy's are down 1% each at Rs 2,461, Rs 811, Rs 510 and Rs 683, respectively.

Out of 2,234 stocks traded so far, 1,135 have advanced, 1,021 have declined and 78 are unchanged.
