Sensex up 32pts; Ambuja Cements soars 6%

The Sensex is now up 32 points at 14,463.

ACC has zoomed 8.6% to Rs 901. Ambuja Cements has soared 6.4% to Rs 124, and Grasim has surged 4.4% to Rs 2,612.

HDFC has rallied 3.8% to Rs 1,935. Ranbaxy has moved up 1.7% to Rs 349.

Hindalco has plunged 2.7% to Rs 165. Bajaj Auto has shed 1.7% to Rs 2,093.

Maruti has slipped 1.5% to Rs 741.

Out of 2,582 stocks traded so far, 1,525 have advanced, 970 have declined and 87 are unchanged.
