Sensex up 32pts; HDFC Bank advances 2%

The Sensex is now up 32 points at 12,934.

HDFC Bank has rallied 2% to Rs 970. Tata Steel has surged 1.5% to Rs 443.

Satyam, BHEL and HDFC have advanced over 1% each to Rs 448, Rs 2,128 and Rs 1,600, respectively.

ITC has slipped 1.3% to Rs 147. Grasim and Ranbaxy are down 1% each at Rs 1,991 and Rs 321, respectively.
