Sensex up 33pts; HDFC Bank, L&T gain

The Sensex is now up 33 points at 13,433.

HDFC Bank and Larsen & Toubro have advanced over 2% each to Rs 1,057 and Rs 1,465, respectively.

Tata Steel has gained 1.6% at Rs 461. Tata Motors and Reliance Communications are up 1% each to Rs 849 and Rs 434, respectively.

ONGC and HLL have dropped 1.7% each to Rs 821 and Rs 225, respectively.

Hero Honda has slipped 1.5% to Rs 728. Bharti Airtel, SBI and BHEL are down 1% each to Rs 600, Rs 1,231 and Rs 2,510, respectively.
