Sensex up 33pts; ICICI Bank slips 3%

The Sensex is now up 33 points at 10,078.

Ranbaxy has soared 6% to Rs 430. HLL has added 5% to Rs 207, and Larsen & Toubro is up 3.6% at Rs 2,285.

Satyam has rallied 3% to Rs 754. Cipla has surged 2.8% to Rs 568, and Hero Honda has moved up 2.6% to Rs 909.

Grasim and ITC are up nearly 2% each to Rs 1,570 and Rs 162, respectively.

Tata Power has perked up 1.3% to Rs 504, and HDFC has advanced 1% to Rs 1,355.

ICICI Bank has slipped nearly 3% to Rs 600. Bharti Tele has shed 2% to Rs 363.

Infosys has declined 1.7% to Rs 2,855, and ACC is down 1.4% at Rs 590.

Out of 2,546 stocks traded so far, 1,505 have advanced, 978 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
