Sensex up 34pts; ITC, HDFC weak

The Sensex is now up 34 points at 15,080.

Tata Motors has rallied 3.5% to Rs 741, Bajaj Auto has soared over 2% to Rs 2,152, and Maruti has moved up over 1% to Rs 804.

Satyam, TCS and Infosys have surged 1.5% each to Rs 499, Rs 1,194 and Rs 2,023, respectively.

HDFC Bank is up 1% at Rs 1,179.

ITC and HDFC are down 1% each at Rs 154 and Rs 1,905, respectively.

Out of 2,575 stocks traded so far, 1,337 have advanced, 1,158 have declined and 80 are unchanged.
