Jaiprakash Associates has gained 1.9% to Rs 234, HDFC is up 1.8% to Rs 2,560 and Wipro is trading 1.5% higher at Rs 514. L&T, Satyam, ACC, Tata Steel and Cipla have gained over 1% each.
Tata Motors has lost 3.4% to Rs 613, Mahindra & Mahindra is down 1.5% to Rs 632 and Infosys has declined 1.25% to Rs 1,889.
