Sensex up 36 pts, Bharti gains 3%

The Sensex is now up 36 points at 7,971.

Reliance has gained Rs 11 to Rs 759. SBI is up Rs 4 at Rs 872. ITC is up Rs 2 at Rs 118, and ONGC is also up Rs 2 at Rs 940.

Wipro has added Rs 7 to Rs 376. Infosys is up Rs 10 at Rs 2,548. Satyam is down Rs 3 at Rs 584.

Bajaj is up Rs 20 at Rs 1,742. Hero Honda has gained Rs 11  to Rs 710. Maruti and Tata Motors are also trading with gains.

Bharti has gained 3.6% (Rs 11) to Rs 325. Tata Power is up 3% (Rs 11) at Rs 411.

HDFC has declined 2.5% (Rs 23) to Rs 928.
