Sensex up 39pts; auto stocks rally

The Sensex is now up 39 points at 15,085.

Tata Motors has rallied 3.5% to Rs 741, Bajaj Auto has advanced over 2% to Rs 2,152. Maruti is up 1% at Rs 802.

Satyam has surged 2% to Rs 501. TCS and Infosys has gained over 1.5% each to Rs 1,196 and Rs 2,023, respectively.

HDFC and ITC have slipped 1% each to Rs 1,901 and Rs 154, respectively.

Out of 2,524 stocks traded so far, 1,332 have advanced, 1,112 have declined and 80 are unchanged.
