Sensex up 39pts; breadth turns -ve

The Sensex is now up 39 points at 14,228.

Reliance Communications has rallied over 2% to Rs 457. Tata Steel has surged 1.5% to Rs 462.

Bharti Airtel and Reliance have gained 1.3% each at Rs 817 and Rs 1,422, respectively. HLL is up 1% at Rs 197.

Grasim, HDFC Bank and SBI have slipped around 1.5% each to Rs 2,510, Rs 1,000 and Rs 1,091, respectively.

Hero Honda, Dr.Reddy's and ACC are down 1% each at Rs 731, Rs 721 and Rs 998, respectively.

Out of 2,500 stocks traded so far, 1,293 have declined, 1,129 have advanced and 78 are unchanged.
