Sensex up 39pts; HLL, Dr.Reddy's weak

The Sensex is now up 39 points at 13,229.

Tata Steel has surged 3.7% to Rs 514. BHEL has gained 2.4% at Rs 2,522.

Bharti Airtel has advanced 1.5% to Rs 776. Hindalco, Cipla and Bajaj Auto have gained around 1% each to Rs 138, Rs 236 and Rs 2,293, respectively.

HLL and Dr.Reddy's have slipped over 2% each to Rs 204 and Rs 705, respectively.

ACC has shed 1.5% to Rs 735. Gujarat Ambuja, HDFC and Ranbaxy are down around 1% each to Rs 108, Rs 1,591 and Rs 354, respectively.
Out of 2,531 stocks traded so far, 1,599 have advanced, 848 have declined and 84 are unchanged.
