Sensex up 40pts

The Sensex, which touched a high of 9,351 in early deals, is now up 40 points at 9,323.

HDFC has advanced 2.5% (Rs 29) to Rs 1,198. ICICI Bank is up Rs 7 at Rs 585.

Reliance, which touched a high of Rs 890, is now up 1.8% (Rs 16) at Rs 882. SBI has added Rs 10 to Rs 902.

Maruti is up Rs 7 at Rs 638. ACC, Grasim and Ranbaxy are also trading with gains.
