Sensex up 41pts; Tata Motors, ACC up 2%

The Sensex is now up 41 points at 10,736.

Tata Motors and ACC have surged over 2% each to Rs 804 and Rs 796, respectively.

Satyam, HDFC and Gujarat Ambuja are up around 1.5% each at Rs 730, Rs 1,150 and Rs 100, respectively.

Reliance Communications (RCL) has dropped 2.3% to Rs 248. Bharti Airtel, HLL and Ranbaxy  has slipped 1% each to Rs 366, Rs 235 and Rs 354, respectively.

The market breath is positive - out of 2,008 stocks traded so far, 1,040 have advanced, 891 have declined and 77 are unchanged.
