Sensex up 42pts, breadth +ve

The Sensex is holding gains, and is now up 42 points at 14,157.

Tata Steel is now up 1.5% at Rs 489. ACC is still up 1.4% at Rs 1,117.

Tata Motors is steady at Rs 970 - up 1.3%. Gujarat Ambuja, L&T, Hero Honda, Wipro, SBI and Reliance are steady at higher levels.

HDFC Bank is down 1% at Rs 1,083. Bharti, ONGC and ITC are also trading weak.

Broad market sentiment continues to be bullish - out of 2193 scrips traded till now, 1607 have logged gains.
