Sensex up 45pts; mkt breadth +ve

Profit-booking has seen the Sensex shed gains, but the index is still up 45 points at 14,457.

L&T is now up 4.6% (Rs 95) at Rs 2,123. BHEL is up 2.8% at Rs 1,469.

HDFC is holding 2% gains at Rs 1,850. Reliance Energy, Ranbaxy, HLL and Tata Motors continue to hold gains.

Market breadth continues to be positive, but losers are gaining pace - out of 2,436 scrips traded till now, 1,326 have moved up and 1,027 have declined.
